Best I've seen in 45yrs of watching Fl HS FB...He'd be a 6* today....
He had it all. Size, speed, great instincts, hit like a Mack truck, and was an intimidating presence. He was literally a high NFL caliber talent playing in high-school. A man against boys.

The word “freak” gets thrown around way too much nowadays, but Willy truly was an athletic freak.

Glad that he turned his life around, and that he’s mentoring the youth through his own experiences.

He's the best Defensive HS FB player to come out of Dade Period....End of Story....

No doubt about it.

James Williams is a great prospect, but he is not in Willy’s stratosphere, in my opinion.

In my opinion, Willy is up there with Sean Taylor, Jerome Brown, Darrin Smith and Derrick Thomas as the greatest athletic freaks on defense to ever come out of the state of Florida.

Wilbur Marshall (although a Gator) should be on that list as well....

Would Willie Williams of the past listen to Willie Williams of the future? No way. Many kids just got to find out life the hard way. Glad the guy has turned himself around.

Can’t believe he is 37. I figured he was 26.

No way James Williams was as highly acclaimed as Da Predator. Not even close.

We did a YT show with Manny Navarro during the offseason talking about Willie. Manny provided some nuggets that weren't well known, such as Willie being offered movie deals. Sucks he never reached his football potential but he's got it together now it appears and is living a fulfilled life.
