He's probably gone.
Hope he stays, but money talks and I assume Willie came with a bunch of it.
How much does he make here vs. how much would he make at FSU?
I don't think it's so much how much He makes, but how much He keeps. I would assume several hundred $K a year goes a longer way in Tallahassee, than it does in Miami?
It's his alma mater. Good luck to him if he goes.
Barry Jackson just said he asked Dugans if he'd be the WR coach next year and Dugans declined to comment. TIFWIW. Still holding out hope he stays based off Tweed's confidence.

Welp
Given more cash and offensive play calling duties, it'd be tough to say no to. Although.. alma mater or not, it is TRAILERHASSEE.

Unacceptable. If we can't compete with FSU in keeping our good coaches we will never be a championship level program again.
Dugans is worth the extra money. He got production out of mediocre guys like Langham. The WR core was one of the most consistent, hard working and toughest blocking groups in college football and he's an A plus recruiter.
Pay the man.

Where are you hearing he'd be given ANY playcalling duties? He'd be 3rd in line on that side of the ball behind Tagfart and whatever bum they get as OC.
