You say last year Al Golden had all those draft picks and didn't win?

Butch Davis had MORE talent @ UNC and did less.

Some of those players like Nicks were big time WR who won a super bowl.

Come and make the excuses boys. THe savior had more talent then Golden @ UNC and did less.

Glad to finally see a little Butch push back. People living in the past.
 
Butch never won more than 8 games at UNC yet Mack Brown won 10+ games multiple times with a fraction of the talent.

LOL. Consider the infrastructure of UNC football when he got there. They were an afterthought and he made them a top 10 team.

Now you tell me who could do more with what they were handed at UNC than Butch did.

Mack Brown had them 11-1 in '97 when they didn't even have any sort of football tradition.

Cmon- that's bogus. It was Mack's TENTH SEASON there! Give me a break.

Butch was there, what- four years? And half his team was suspended in his last year.
