Why the lack of respect for Mark Richt

Mostly the people that dont like RIcht dont like the fact that he is a Christian and upfront and proud about it.

He gave us Manny, I can't let go of that one. Lord give me strength.

People loved to Monday Morning QB on Richt’s play-calling. Dude looks freaking brilliant compared to Gattis.

Beat the f out of a good Pitt team at the time and West Va in the bowl game. Did what every team should do at Miami and beat the Nc States Dukes Virginias of the world.

Cook just destroyed us again, Unc had a FSU hangover, Va Tech we had a number of guys out, ND was a ****show early and honestly we could have won that game. Had a lead with like 5 left and ****ed it away.

Right’s players and evals got Manny the HC job. TVD was a Richt eval.

If I remember correctly, TVD was actually an Enos eval.

That said, I’m a big fan of Richt. He’s the Christian equivalent of a mensch.

He was a real coach and took Goldens players and won. In 2017 who knows what would have happened had we not lost our 3 best offensive weapons. His age and illness did slow his recruiting, which was not very good.
