why do the negative folks bother to even post here.

I see what you mean, there can be a difference with some posters and I can see how some could be annoying or obnoxious at times. Just at this point they don't really bother me, I get why they are. I'll just ignore them idc. The teams continued performance is what annoys me most.

Uh...Huh. Here is one of these posters that if you aren't sensing is a troll, then you are not particularly bright.
 
I think constructive criticism is warranted and a lot of people here feel the same. We've seen some pretty bad results so pretending everything is OK is delusional.

There are individuals though, who make no attempt at being constructive and just straight up *****...about everything. These people tend to show up only after losses or when the wheels have fallen off a season. It's like they only care when things are going bad. Just off yourselves already.

I try my best to be realistic whether I'm being positive or negative. Nobody is getting fired four games into a season. Especially when it's a majority of the staff's first season. Doesn't mean I'm 100% happy with the results, I just don't live in make believe land.

I am in 100 percent agreement with that last point. If you want examples you need not look any further then this thread. Take TheOldU2002. Joins on the same date as the Carolina **** show and couldn't find constructive criticism if it hit him in the head, wanna know why ? cause there is a great chance he's a troll from another fan base and could care less cause it ain't in his agenda. The you have one of my faves, Saviorcane who like a vulutre only appears when there is a carcass of negativity to pick.

I agree it is the "negative post" trying to OUT negative the next poster, until it gets ridiculous.
Either love the Canes, watch the Canes win or lose, and push your support level out there, all the way, looking to improve.
I have been ****ed, mad, threw stuff, cussed, and punched walls.
All this does not detract from my support for my Canes, because behind all this is Love for my team........the Canes.
A lot of posters have thrown up their hands, and cannot see any positive for our Canes, hence the negativity runs to extreme frustration.

You must be the guy who had his 2nd place trophy on display for everyone to see. “Can’t win them all” guy. Give me ONE and I mean ONE good reason to be jolly as fu$& about what has happened to a program that tossed runner up trophy’s in the garbage. We stick through this sh&t because we are true fans and this is a place to vent with the others.

It’s not a culture difference. It’s weak vs strong mentality. You either hate losing or you accept it. No in between. I am a Cane. I won’t go cheer for another team. And i WILL voice my displeasure until it gets better. This product on the field is sh&&. So sick and tired of people throwing out the “you are being negative sh$&”

It’s called being honest and real. Then and only then can you fix it. It’s the same mentality that has the kids on the field loading and not giving a fu&$ after a loss to punk a&& CMU.

It's an easy fix.

You can put all these negative posters on ignore. So it doesn't keep you up at night and in return. It will stop you from starting bait threads. Trying to get people to attack you.

You want happy thoughts. They want to *****. I don't give a **** either way as long as people talk Miami football and keep it civil.

This fanbase was totally alienated and demoralized by the administration’s grasp and general attitude of the Golden era.

And then they hired a dude that literally got bored and quit.

There won’t be leniency for Manny, or any Blake James’ coach, until there are results.

There is are reasons why the fan base should be critical of the team and its performance. But, to say that the coaching staff should be fired after 4 games of their first season as coaches here is just plain stupid. If you don't see how ******* dumb that is, then I don't know what to tell you. Should we be critical of the play calling on the offensive & defensive sides of the ball? Yes. Should the fan base be critical of how our defensive line all of a sudden can't sack the QB? Yes. Should we be critical of our poor the OL is? Yes. But to "bash" the team has an irrational connotation to it. The reality is, Miami was a 7-6 team last year that had huge question marks at QB, WR2-6, OL, DB, DT, and ST. But, the fans who are "bashing" this team things those questions marks should be automatically fixed by new coaches. I think some of the frustration by those on this board have about the fans who are bashing is, "Why can't you wait and give this staff the proper amount of time to turn this thing around"? Instead, you wait for only four games to be played.

Funny. I want what's best for our players, and that just happens to be what's best for fans. Do the players want to win? Yes. Do fans want them to win? Yes. So, what the heck is the problem?
