This is Mario and his boyfriends position. Why are these guys getting rolled out there to do what they obviously cannot!?

+Chris Graves, Dunson, and Jaden Harris are raw, but they have physical gifts others do not. Not many snaps for these guys in a lost season. Why?

Still shocked by how bad Miami looked last night. It was truly a gruesome performance by all parties.

Worst part? Mario isn't going to do anything to fix any of this crap. The most shocking conversation I had last night was that Cristobal wasn't considering making staff changes at the end of the year - and I quote - "unless the wheels fell off this thing".

This was last week. You guys should prepare for decommitments on the offensive side of the ball this year, and for that side of the ball to fall behind, because THIS IS MARIO'S VISION. This is his scheme. The minute they saw a crack in the door to retry this sh*t, they scrapped the changed they made to incorporate Lashley's scheme back to this dog****.

And it’s showing, staff is at odds, players getting thrown under the bus, it’s an organizational mess.

Mario states he analyzes all parts of the program then he needs to have an honest conversation with himself and how this was assembled: get coordinators and then position coaches. Please god do t let him be stubborn like most that have come before him. And also realize he needs an offense from this decade.

But I wouldn’t be surprised if coach Joe said I’m done with this and went back out west.

Our players are just bad and recruiting under Manny was bad. I saw 2 of our transfer play yesterday (or not play) a the ISU vs West Virginia game. Right behind their bench. Austin-Cave does not even sniff the field there, not even on special teams. Brian Polendy TE I think played 20 or so snaps getting 1 catch for 2 yards. Polendy was not high rated but people here were all over TAC being a stud.

Understood and agree. That was my takeaway from what you said as well. We’ve all had bosses we don’t mesh with or a project go sideways. Sometimes you just need to put your head down, grind, finish that project and move on at that point. These are well paid, grown *** men. Act like it.

As a result, you can see that in the way the QB's are coached and how they perform in the scheme that has no buy-in from the QB coach and the players that are tasked with executing it. He's teaching these guys concepts that are antithetical to the dog**** Gattis calls.

Here's a good example -
+Ponce spends the Monday install part of practice on smash and layer concepts for the QB's. The drills don't reinforce what Gattis is calling on most plays on gameday.
+7v7 portion of practice looks like a clown show due to lack of reps in the actual scheme.

Yes he had nothing that sucked inside...he just didnt get deep in his back pedal run...and thats because he hasnt played much safety in his career. Ivey is playing his guy to the outside in that defense ...that wasnt 100 prcent on him.

As much as I don’t like Gattis and hate the way he refuses to accept criticism and throws his players under the bus, if Ponce is doing his own thing and not preparing the QBs with reps for the game plans Gattis has he’s an idiot and is at fault too.

Chain of command is important and if our position coaches are disregarding their superiors it’s no wonder the players don’t regard the coaches either

What a mess of a year. If this is true then I also blame Mario for not finding out about it and setting them straight

Everyone has got to be aligned. Obviously it’s easier if you pick your own guys, but there is no excuse for guys silently overruling the game plan and sabotaging their superiors

Lol if you think the performances are bc players all suck then you’ll be shocked if the staff remains in tact as is next year
