Old urban looks like his hand is up her ***…might be getting some stinky finger..
In all honesty, it looks to me like his is trying to block her @ss from actually rubbing "him". Just not sure if it's to prevent her feeling the boner, or if he was thinking it was less bad looking, which...it's actually worse looking.

Amongst College Coaches, for me, in order:
1) Mario
2) Fickell
3) Allen

Amongst Former NFL Head Coaches in order:
1) Dan Quinn
2) Doug Petersen
3) Doug Marrone
the fact you put Mario over Fickell says it all. Mario is NOT a good HC. period

I think Fickell is a better coach, hands down. He might be a harder pull.

I think Mario is better for this program at this time. I might be proven wrong but how I feel at this time.

I think Joe Brady would be a very good HC here, however I don’t think he’d be all that interested.

By my estimation he has NFL HC aspirations & while being a college HC would only help bolster his resume, I don’t think coming to Miami would help him all that much, I mean if he turned us around it would definitely make him a top HC candidate around the league, but in all actuality he doesn’t need to risk it coming down to Miami, he’s already making himself a legit commodity due to his success with Joe Burrow & what he’s doing in fixing Sam Darnold.

If Carolina finishes above .500 this season he will no doubt be a hot name in the Coaching search market for teams, he’s pretty much already put himself in place to become a HC in the near future, coming to Miami would really only be a step back for him, unless he just really wanted to do it, but otherwise if you're his agent you would have to advise him to keep away from a trap job like Miami. All he has to do is stay a pretty good OC in the NFL for the next year or 2 & he’ll get a HC job in the league no problem.
He interviewed for HC gigs in the NFL after one good (not great) season as the Panthers OC. He's 32 - he's on that McVay fast track.

I feel sorry for the fanbase that hires him as their HC though - it's a massive gamble. He's very, very green.

@Dwinstitles I am with you my friend... We need someone who can recruit recruit recruit... Paging Mario ( I don’t care that you lost tonight)
Best teams have the most elite first round talent. People think the x and O's make them first rounders. It helps to get play players in open space but big time players make big plays in big games. Take a basic *** screen to Willis and he makes it a big play.

We need someone that can coach, evaluate and develop talent.

How many times do the HS OGs on here highlight a local 3* kid we have no interest in, only to watch him ball out elsewhere?

We need to eventually get back to competing for those bonafide 5* players that even my mum can identify as future NFL players if we want to get back into the Playoff picture (a long way away), but right now we need a bloke to come in and hoover up the the 'best of the rest'. We miss on SO many of these evaluations it's unbelievable.

Who that guy is on this list? I don't know. I'm not paid handsomely to make that decision. I'd be very interested in O'Brien and Herman though.

Add @Coach Macho to the candidate list!
