It would take Manny getting blown out by Wisconsin again in the Jack Sh*t Compost Bowl for Blake to move on a new HC. Or losing to ULM or Bethune.

Manny isn’t Saban or Urban. He hasn’t proven jack sh*t yet. In a well ordered Football Pyramid, Diaz would have coached at Temple as his first job. However, All Under Heaven is in Chaos and Pigs are being sold in pokes.

Don’t believe what the Slurpers have been telling us since Diaz was hired-the same song and dance was rolled out for Richt AND Alfraud by the Administration and it’s partners in the Miami Sports Press. They need to justify their investment in Manny so they can justify NOT spending NFL Money to retain the services Of someone like Urban Liar or the Pirate.

That said, Diaz COULD become the next Dabo. Unfortunately, just as he’s seemed to have turned the corner of offense the D can’t seem to defend the pass. That’s going to haunt Diaz until he figures things out. If he doesn’t, especially on defense, he won’t be here after two years.

Our next hire cant be a what if he can do it or maybe it has to be a guarantee he can win big and recruit big. We are so down a holebthat we cant afford to play guess work. We need an elite relentless recruiter that can go up against anyone and win and also an offensive innovator that plays to what he has on the roster. Someone not stubborn to change schemes and give u different looks where every ppl ayer is an option. Where a blitzer is at the LOs not 10 yards off the ball.

They love Mario in Eugene and they see what he is building. His recruiting class last year was sick and this years is going to be even better. He has True Freshman playing and they are studs. Best thing he did was listen to JJ when he told him to leave UM and go to Bama to learn from Saban.
 
Also, Jon Gruden will be available in 3 years. Guarantee he's getting fired from the Raiders. It would be hilarious for Miami to actually land Gruden.
