Who should start next week?

Welp!! Doesn’t seem like it’ll be TVD. 😂

Start Jacurri and run triple option with 4 surprise passes when the CB’s fall asleep, like GT used to do.
All I know is if tvd starts, I’m not watching.
 
Every snap TVD takes from this point forward simply adds to the incompetence that is Mario Cristobal....and further delays Emory's development.

This season is lost in regards to the goals we had........so the smart thing to do is to start building for next season.

Which is exactly why this meathead is going to trot out TVD next week.

People just don’t seem to understand or just don’t want to understand the following…….Mario no longer has a choice!!!! He cannot play TVD because if he does he will almost certainly lose this team. Period. End of story. I understand not wanting to throw Emory to the wolves but Cristobal no longer has that luxury. Besides, I really don’t think that Emory is going to be so beaten and broken after the FSU game that his confidence will be forever be shattered. I would have that concern if we had a bad defense and a garbage offensive line. That clearly isn’t the case and I think the kid is a little tougher than he is given credit for. It’s not the ideal situation but that’s the hand we have been dealt so play it. The kid may surprise us. I’m not saying we win but hey…. Stranger things have happened in this sport.

He should have started Emory last week...
 
Everyone wants to put it all on one guy because that’s easy, we can just replace him and we’ll be better right ? Remember Gattis last year ? Sometimes the trend is staring us in the face and we don’t want to admit it.

Okay, TVD starts the rest of the year. Cristobal knows if we go to Emory, Van Dyke's career is over. If VD starts, we go 6-6 or 7-5. If Emory starts, we go 6-6 or 7-5. I think Mario doesn't want to be the guy to do that to Tyler. The kid is coming back his senior season, so I think TVD will hit the portal and transfer to "start over and change things up". I think he is the issue through coaching staff changes, schemes, and play execution. He is the one and most important person that ties it all together.
