Who on the staff will be let go?

He doesn’t have the balls to purge everyone. He also doesn’t have the support of the university to spend the millions necessary to bring in beast coordinators. I have ZERO faith
They gave him 1+ million to hire enos. He could have got almost any OC in cfb with the money they paying him

I think his point is now the staff he just brought in(**** up on him)needs to be bought out first & then even more bread to bring in a new staff. That's why he doesnt have that support. You're talking about real cash money.

Assistants usually don't need buyouts. That's my understanding at least. Unless you're talking dudes like Aranda, few have buyout clauses.

If they let this dude stay on the staff and coach yesterday and still have to pay a buyout......only explanation for keeping him past the Duke game would be no additional money owed. Of course we are talking about Miami so who knows.

Assuming Stubbs, Enos, Barry and Rumph. Would love to see Patke and/or Banda gone too but there's no way we could be so lucky.

I really dont understand what people are watching if they think our wr unit made progression. They were simply allowed more opportunities to stretch the field which utilized their speed. It's the exact reason we had three starting recievers all 6 ft or under... as stumble**** calls it twitchy speed. Lmfao. I agree all those other people (for the most part)need to go as well. But if the golf player isnt in the forefront then that list is tainted. I know u guys will say that's my agenda. In this instance these two intertwine.

I'm hoping the 3 changes you mentioned were just on the offensive side of the ball, defiantly need to see some changes on the other side as well and need some recruiters as well.

WR position has regressed since we dumped Beard
Personally I'd say the regression has been with the offense itself. Nothing against kevin but dugans is a far better coach. People dont realize the confidence that goes into every lil thing with the skill positions. Once you start to doubt yourself and ur qb it gets real sketchy. Yes the results were obviously far better with kevin. But that's not because of kevin or the players themselves necessarily. It had alot more to do with the offense we ran at each point.

Manny firing coach’s and he himself staying is like letting the owner of a construction company put a coat of paint on the building he just built that’s falling down and thinking it will change the fact that the building is still gonna collapse.

Enos, Barry, and Stubblefield are definitely gone. Wouldn’t be surprised to see guys like Stroud and Rumph let go, too. Banda and Patke will likely stick because they’re Diaz’s guys. Hickson and Fields are probably toss ups.
Stroud is one one the better more experienced coaches on the staff. He’s honestly the only coach on d I would keep

Show me photos of Enos being escorted from the facility immediately. Then can any of his cronies. Then can any of Manny's cronies. But, what kind of $$$ are we investing in. . . Manny? Buyouts and REAL coordinators??
