Who do you think is the best QB in the country?

With Simmons it's an arm talent projection.

He's got an elite Baseball arm & that usually translates very well on the next levels.

Strong arm QB's tend to progress quicker than a noodle arm Checkdown artists.

He's also a gifted athlete.
I can't believe I forgot about the baseball part. That was one of the most talked about attributes for him coming out of HS 🤦🏾‍♂️

Klubnik has really improved. He was a liability at times in 2023, and Clemson was not happy with him because his limited time his freshman year wasn't great (understandably), but it didn't look like he was much better in 2023 in his first year starting the whole season.

But 2024 was a whole lot better, his rating went from 126 to 148, his YPA went from 6.3 to 7.5 on the same completion percentage, so clearly he trusted to push the ball down-field more, he ran a lot more last year than he did in 2023, his QBR went from 55 to 78.7, which was 15th in the country.

He's being hyped up this year exactly where he should be, as one of the best returning QBs in the country.
Appreciate the stats. Yeah he's getting hyped nationally (media wise) but I was wondering why this board doesn't seem to think he's worth it.

Lanoris Sellers.

Could have a Dak Prescott Hail State type impact this year.

Floor is super high and ceiling is probably 1-3rd best in nation.

I want everyone that keeps saying Allar to punch themselves in the face. That dude is TRASH! He’s the exact reason that ND was in the national title. That defense should have whipped his *** in the locker room. Dude sucks.

Leave Beck out for purposes of the discussion.

I’ve been watching cutups of all the QBs to get ready for the season, and LaNorris Sellers stands out from a talent standpoint over guys like Klubnick (reminds me of Colt McCoy), Allar, Nussmeier, and Leavitt. I like how Sellers carries himself, his strength is insane, and he is an easy thrower.

Who do you have at #1?
Personally like Nuss as my #1 guy. Sellers is just Anthony Richardson all over again to me. Electric athlete but completion % isn’t great

Apparently i need to watch more football. Mateer is legit though, the most fun to watch for sure though.

I like the Nebraska qb out of all the qbs tbh. But he don’t got anything over there, but the nfl will see the traits and he should be drafted high

Ok maybe Allar ain’t great (I think he going to be really good this year) but he’ll be in NY if PS comes #1 or #2 at the end of the year. Pin it.

Watched pretty much every USCe game last year. Huge fan of the kid but a lot of these guys are hitting the first offseason of DCs being able to gameplan for them. Sophomore slumps are a thing. He does a lot of things you can’t gameplan against but it’s difficult to find a QB in the country that doesn’t have big question marks. Kinda wild.

I think Sellers has more instincts and IQ than Richardson. Both were physical freaks but Sellers has a lot more going on between the ears.

Don’t disagree I just think AR15 is the closest comp. Sellers should be better this year.
