I don't think you have to be old to have some experience with gator fans and their SECness. Inferiority complex masquerading as nasty loud arrogance, which fits pretty well with other fan bases in that conference that have the same dynamic going on. It's probably made worse by the fact that Gators know that the old south type schools have historically looked at them as not fully part of the same southern culture club. By contrast, I've never had much of a problem with FSU people.

Under 30, voted UF. I’d been hating those jort-wearing clowns since Dorsett was torching them in ‘13, but honestly it was the recruiting battles since Mario got here that pushed them over the top of FSU and ND for me.

Between their entitlement, delusions, and trademark white supremacist/racist banter going all the way back to the Confederate Flag Helmet days, there’s nothing that can ever convince me to not want anything but the absolute worst for everyone in that fan base.

I'm over 40 and it's the gaytors for me over the girls school in Trailerhassee.
There are multiple reasons why but my top 3 are:
1) Dropping us
2) The flop
3) Thier OOC schedule justifications

Been a fan long enough to see Gators have this sense of superiority with only one Natty under their belts… referring to any and everything UM related as “scUM”. The way they look down their nose makes it so I can’t stand them.

And it’s their fan base…. I’ve actually respected what their “team” has done at different times but their fan base is unbearable.
 
I'm over 30 and I have enough hate to hate FSU and UF the same. Cause **** them both.

I also think that having the unfortunate circumstance to know how Newberg and Silk are, makes me hate them more than I ever thought was possible.
 
50 and voted Gator! I'm still out of my skin since we gave that last game away to them in Orlando. The Jeff Thomas fumbled punt and the other miscues late in the 4th. Walking out of that stadium was rough. Theres a level of respect with FSU even though they are trash, as the former Canes said, "at least they never took us off the schedule."

Tebow is a total tool and Hernandez is a *** murderer. I think Hernandez was ahead of his time, today we would label him a transgender mass shooter. He was a true pioneer.

UF Fans are some of the worst out there, the elitism is off the charts for no reason at all.

One? Is there some strange counting going on that I'm unaware of as they have 3? ****, they have 2 in basketball. Confused.
 
It’s the attitude of gators that is so annoying. It’s the incessant bravado, alternate universe that revolves around Alachua County, and general hypocrisy that bothers me so much.

I’m thankful to know a few normal gators, out of the dozens I know. I know the same amount of FSU peeps and they’re far better on average.

And then there’s the football stuff.

I hope he keeps missing game-winning FGs in Football Hades. Maybe Satan - when he’s not thinking up special treats for Saban and Meyer - makes Bowden try the kick. Only to be missed, Wide Right, then Wide Left, then Wide Right, then Wide Left…

No I count just fine…what I said is they’ve been acting superior and talking **** when they only had one (after 96) in the early 2000’s well before they got the other two.

They were ridiculous well before Urban was their HC or a HC anywhere else for that matter.
 
If we join the SEC.........

#1 FU fans would lose their minds.
#2 the SEC recruiting pitch against us would be gone
#3 after we beat them 3 years in a row they would become as relevant as USF. we would witness the absolute genocide of a football program. we must join the SEC for this reason
