Who among you honestly hopes we win the bowl game?

I always wish for the Canes to win.
Once they're getting Curb Stomped, i do have a good laugh.
Bunch of simpering *******..

We win and this staff gains an ounce of credibility...
We lose and the nail is driven further home...

Sack up and state your claim right here under God’s blue heaven...
Won't go as far to say I hope we lose...but IF we are going to lose, I hope they destroy us...It's in the hands of the Cosmos whether we win or lose, I'm but just a humble spectator

It means a faster exit for the people losing. Do you think a coach going 6-7 is going to have the same leash as a guy going 9-4? Ugly losses lead to change.

I am just not emotionally invested at this point. That is the exact thing the administration doesn't want. People not caring. When people don't care, they don't buy tickets. When people don't buy tickets, coaches get fired. Taggart got fired not just for losing to Miami, but because FSU couldn't sell out the **** Miami game. When fan apathy gets that high, it's time for a change.

Diaz talked a lot of crap and has made his own bed.

Do you honestly think a first year coach is going to be fired? James is going to fire Manny and hire, god knows who at this point? Absolutely nothing good is realistically going to come from Miami losing to La Tech. What is almost certain to happen is an even greater downturn in recruiting, and even less talent coming into a roster that needs it. If you think you've seen rock bottom, just wait until if they do lose on Thursday.

If we are inept on O, AGAIN, it could mean Enos is fired. I'd take that as a first step. No, I don't expect Manny to be fired after year one, but I do expect someone to man up and make some changes if we get whooped by La Tech.

As for recruiting, we just signed a large majority of our class. Do you honestly think beating La Tech and keeping Enos is going to help secure more quality recruits? ****, I'd bet they'd be more excited if we fire the bum.

Win.

Manny is not getting fired.
IF changed are going to be made at any of the coordinator positions. Those wheels have already gone in motion.
The book on this year is complete.

Dam. The game is on Thursday.

I don't think beating La Tech gains anything for Miami other than avoiding the embarrassment of losing. Don't expect any recruits to take notice and sign in Feb or really gain any traction on the '21 kids with a win. As for Enos, I'm not sure anyone's feelings about his competence will change much by beating La Tech. They certainly shouldn't. If Manny is going to make a change, I think he'll make it regardless of what happens Thursday. That said, my guess is he brings Enos back no matter what. Maybe that's because it's what the last 2 coaches have done with similar situations, but a 1 year hook seems unlikely even for a coordinator.

There is a high probability the staff is left intact with a loss. Because of that i'm rooting for a win. I can't fathom losing and doing nothing.

The day after Christmas, this has blowout written all over it. The chances of these kids coming out and show some heart is really slim

Yeah, it would have to be an epically bad performance for Manny to fire him, I'm afraid. That bothers me, because Manny was the same dude that cleaned house on O because of similar results after last season. 7-5 had consequences, he said. Well, shouldn't 6-6 with THAT schedule? Jeez, it's a rough time to be a Cane fan.

Kind of like our team. Well, they aren't pouting, but dancing.

Overplayed bull****. The dude is a freshman cheering his team on 95% of the time, if not more.

Not saying the team isn’t soft, lots of South Florida poodles on the field compared to the past.
