Which of these receivers has the biggest impact in 2012?

I think Lewis leaves here a superstar but we are just talking one year and I like how Waters looks. He reminds me of a Collier/Hurns type that has the ability to see the field sooner, though he might not have the ceiling of guys like AJL or Lewis.

to me, Lewis' film looks the most like a college ready WR, then Waters. these two guys look like WRs

Lockhart looks like an all around playmaker, but I'm not convinced that he is a WR. like I said, if we had any playmakers at WR, I would think Lockhart would start at S (he may anyway)

Lockhart.

Also, there are a few people on this board that say Lewis should have never been offered. Why such the big discrepancy in evaluation on him? Speed?

I was one of those that questioned the offer when it first went out, but Ive back-tracked a bit, primarily because of the euphoria surrounding his commitment.

i saw him play live once last year in a big game against St. Thomas Aquainas. He had 3 dropped passes, two of which were "can of corn" type catches where he was sitting down in a window and the ball hit his body. He does run very good routes and seems to have an understanding of his position, but I was concerned with the offer. On balance, I cannot say that Ive seen a lot of him, just that one game, but it was a critical game and he under-performed.

That said, I think he leaves here as a two time All American wide receiver. Why? Because Im a Canes fan, that's why. :)

I predict Lockhart, Lewis and Jones in that order. I believe Jones can see the field in limited time for Red Zone Fades ala "Streeter".
I am also intrigued by Waters he reminds me of a smaller version of D. Blackmon of OK St. because of they way they run routes and catches balls with his hands not actual college production of course.

I'm going with Lockhart with Lewis a smidge behind. I think Lockhart can come in and be the playmaker we need.

/On a sidenote I'm still not convinced Jones or Carter make a serious impact on the team. Situational players at best.

lewis will play first everyone is thinking lockhart because he went prep but im not buying it. I saw him like a month ago and hes still 175. i was never impressed with his highlight tape because all those teams hes killing are the worst teams in the county. lewis and waters are better then him. and who ever said that lewis doesn't have hands is crazy. The only person that has better hands then lewis in the state is Amari cooper.
