The euros brought the flopping here then the American’s took it to another level. James Harden being the biggest culprit with the manipulation tactics. LBJ had a big hand too. Then SGA took it to god status.

I personally love the huge push off with the off arm then pump faking and jumping into the defender when he tries to recover. After all that bs I then have to land not close to your feet on the jump shot or that’s a foul lol. Defenders in the league need a rape whistle for protection.

SGA did what Harden couldn’t, and that was convert it into actual postseason results.

Hence why I said he took the manipulation to god status. Harden is the most overrated choking dog of my lifetime. On top of that his lack of interest during games is hysterical. Him continually getting paid after showing what he is for this long proves NBA’s upper management is ran by twits.

My favorite is going past someone intentionally slowing down and then jumping back into the defender

Which sucks, because the NBA use to be right up there with NFL and college football as my favorite sport. I think for a few years of my life, I liked the NBA better than football.

The players in the NBA are ultra talented, but it's a totally different style of game being played. I'm not a fan of teams taking 40-50 three-point shots per game, traveling and palming all game, flopping all game. As others have mentioned, the constant manipulation of the refs. It's just an unwatchable product now.

Big Knicks fan here. But I favor the college game. The 30-second clock allows for more set-up plays and creativity. The pro game can be a blur, like hockey...

Harden has long been overrated & silly GMs overpay assuming he’s the missing piece.
