Hickson is a beast recruiter

He’s not bad but the one position that Miami has recruited well during the last decade and a half is RB. He just isn’t a dynamic recruiter who lands whoever. He’s a good recruiter and average coach. So again I wouldn’t be upset either if he stayed or left.
