Would CMR, under the same circumstances as LAST year (read: his coaching style, his staff, etc), post a better record this year?

Not clamoring for the return of CMR, but I dare say he'd'a dun better..

Uhhh, if that were the case, you follow up your first ever $4 million a year hire with a $5.5 million a year and keep working toward building up a program that she tore down refusing to pay more than $2-$3 million a year.

You do not hire a first time head coach with just an above average resume that was headed to Temple to learn how to coach.
