What to expect from TVD going forward.

As of this morning the forecast for Sat night is 55 degrees and a 60% chance of rain

TVD better be talking to ALL the therapists to get right
The mini cool front up here is gone. Unless something crazy happens It’s gonna be 70 degrees at kickoff.

This board is hilarious. After the 8&4 game, most everyone was riding TVD's jock and saying no wonder Saban wanted him. He has a bad game against GT and he sucks again. As for last year, he was injured, our OL was horrible, and our OC was even worse. It seemed to me something was off, like he was favoring his hand/shoulder on a couple of those throws...something minor about enough to affect the throws.

Those who want him benched, who's going to start? Many people on this board think Emory is mediocre at best but now want him to start lol. Jacurri is a threat to run but that's about it...even he knows he needs improvement which is why he wanted to redshirt. How about some of our fans show the maturity X did when he lifted TVD's chin up and get behind our only real QB option at this point. The season is far from over and the NC & Clemson game will tell the real story of this team.

He doesn't distribute the ball well. He targets X way too much when other guys are wide open. That's a problem.

X is going to make catches. He's a chain mover. Colbie, Jacolby, and others are playmakers that can score from anywhere on the field and need to get touches.
Last year, this was a major point of discussion...because he really would only work out with Will Mallory and Xavier Restrepo...oddly enough, who caught the most balls for this team in the past two seasons...right now, its Mallory and X. He likes the guys he is comfortable with...that isn't unique to TVD, though. Colbie Young emerged when he started getting more practice reps for TVD outside of practice.

He likes his guys.

I feel like, with that epically bad coaching blunder, the bigger issue went largely unnoticed by the media at-large and some even in our own fan base. I honestly don’t know what to think about TVD any more. It seems like he’s been here forever, and I want him to succeed, but I’m beginning to lose faith in him to be “HIM.” It seems like he’ll go through stretches where he looks absolutely amazing, and then when you least expect it, “WHAM!” He looks like hot garbage. I’m concerned when we play UNC, Clemson, and FSU we’re going to get the TVD we saw last night. Hopefully, Saturday night was just a one-off for this season, but, man, where are you guys at with TVD right now?
Someone should pull up his performances in night games vs day games. Maybe he's got something wrong with his eyes I've noticed him squinting over to the sidelines lately. 😆

There is no scenario where he doesn't know that he absolutely sucked balls last game. He needs to take what is in front of him and hit the open guys. Also, his arm looked half dead, not sure if anything is wrong with the finger or anything else, but not good enough. He got fat on cupcakes, but now time to f()ck or walk

I expect teams to follow the same script moving forward, limit the run as much as possible (they’ll be able to better than GTech’s abysmal run D) & force TVD to read defenses and throw into tight windows.

This is a 7-6 team
Why so pessimistic, bro???

I still feel like 8-5 is within the realm of possibility.

Tyler Van Dyke looks like he'd rather be playing golf 99% of the time he's shown on the sideline.

Y'all fans are the one cuddling this guy. He's been here 4 yrs, making good money and I'm tired of the excuses for this guy. He can't read defenses, runs like Herman Munster, and shows no leadership traits.
Hilarious.

TVD had an off game. No need to start making stuff up. Runs like Herman Munster. Good one. I’d like to see Herman Munster hawk down a DB after throwing a pick to keep him from scoring like Van Dyke did Saturday night.

He had a bad game. Don’t make up stuff to try and add to it.

TVD is our QB….for goodness sake, support him. I understand, he made mistakes but dang, this level of disrespect is embarrassing. Don’t be a fan later.

Slurp, it isn't one bad game, even in 2021 he was f'ing up but y'all got caught up in the stats. Qbs put up stats when you're playing from behind. If he played for another team your shades would see the deficiencies. He's a cane, so of course you think he's a legend, wrong. 4 yrs and still can't read defenses. 10 mins of pocket time waiting on x to come open. Guys were running open last season but we blame the oc 100%. Ocs have to dumb down your offense for him to look decent. Any lil thing and he must be hurt or the play calling is bad, no he's bad but you slurpers want to cuddle the stiff. He can take tail to whomever wants him but do not come back to Miami. He has ran his course here and this team is deserving of more than just an avg guy at QB. We will see how good he is on draft day; hope he's not planning a big draft day party.

I'm not a fan of him, he's a bum. Last yr wasn't a fluke, he will get expose week after week.Just bcuz you like the guy, doesn't mean he's any good. He's a grown man, if my criticism affects him, so be it. I celebrate the team, not the stiff who's been handed the position and has no threat of being benched. So if Mario won't bench him, I'm going to cut him up on social media. Yeah, laugh at me when he throws a TD but know I'm laughing at you when he runs off the field with his head down and tail between his legs. I don't support mediocrity; I'm a cane, my standards are high.

BTW; Heck no to JB11, and Emory may not be ready for the moment yet. So we're basically stuck for this season.

The GT game scared the crap out of me honestly. That was a brutal showing vs a mediocre team at home. Not gonna lie, he's always come across as a guy that's just kinda cruising along.
Since he's such a lover of golf, my hope is he doesn't have the yips...

Seems like Zone coverage gives him trouble

He struggles to read the field and go through his progressions

GT was a scary game to show his flaws. Hopefully it was just a bad game and not a fatal flaw

What a sad human being you are

Nah, what's sad is you and others praise mediocrity and your shades are too dark to accept the truth. Stop living a lie.
You’re a liar too? Where did I praise mediocrity you stupid ****?

This is me talking about you not TVD
