It is hilarious how the only thing the Golden Girls have left is to attack the fans who were right about their hero all along. Desperately trying to get some of their credibility back.

Al Golden isn't "winning" 10 games so that doesn't "invalidate" the banners. The banners have been a national college football topic of discussion and have contributed to the heat being turned up on Al Golden. End of story. Continue your crusade against trying to convince everybody about how the banners don't matter. Your posts won't get any attention and this week's banner will be plastered all over national sports news outlets this Saturday.

I never said Al Golden was going to win 10 games. I said if, on the very slim chance he DOES win 10 games and an ACC championship, the BOT is going to keep him around, and the Banner Boiz will look like fools once again.

I've never denied that the banners have been a topic of discussion around the country. The thing you're too stupid to understand is that MUCH of that discussion has focused on how dumb it is to fly banners (particularly when we were undefeated), and how bad it makes UM fans look.

I'm not trying to get noticed on national TV. I realize that you guys are going to continue flying banners and making jokes out of the UM fan base. So, congrats on that!

The AD and BOT and former prez have not acted on this. Meanwhile other teams ( in similar circumstances) have successfully!
We are just sick of hearing the same old BS followed with stupid hashtags and lame catch phrases... Only to see us lose to UC or some other lame *** school ( not in a recruiting hotbed )

Like I said Understand the sentiment and the 3-1 record is smoke and mirrors . I want Butch Davis for whom the banners were an affront and one of the reasons he may have taken the Cleveland offer. Al Golden doesnt need any help getting fired . And thinking we go 4-0 the next 4 games is a pipe dream.But 0-4 hasnt happened yet. If you are anti banner you dont have to be pro Golden. Relax and things will take care of themselves. His record is what it is ,consistently out coached against anyone who is any good.
Blake James I'm sure isnt happy about having to defend this coaching staff after last season because of Shalala's obstinance. IMO its going to take a near miracle for him to retain his job.So the banners are unnecessary and counterproductive.

Wrong, there is no middle ground, if you are not against golden, against blake and against the BOT, you are for them. It is as simple as that, because a vote of apathy is a vote in favor of what has happened for over a decade now.
