His cousin is Greg Dent who was an FSU receiver a few years ago. But it is fine, we are still recruiting him I believe I saw Coach Baez retweet something of his today, long way to go

And Greg Dent originally committed to the U as well. If I remember correctly, he grew up an FSU fan but didn't get an FSU offer until late, quite some time after committing to Miami, but as soon as he had the FSU offer in his pocket he bolted for Tally. As for his cousin, I suspect the number of great defensive backs in this class probably did have something to do with his decision.
