What if We had hired Dan Mullen in 2010

Most UM hating losers who enjoy Pitt-Clemson-Wis-LSU national TV ***-rapes with (zero sanctions/probation) are very happy. You're not alone.
More to come, should be fun ride for you all.

Give Golden the same excuse (sanctions/probation?)

He interviewed before we hired Golden and if we had had him instead of Golden where would we be today. Supposedly when he interviewed both times he was thought as being brash. Maybe that is what we needed a ****y brash coach and it wouldn't hurt now to have some fire coming out of coach.
Nothing would have changed.

Not sure anyone is "upset", but one guy was at UGA, the other at Mississippi State. Are you suggesting those 2 programs are equivalent?

No way you're comparing UGA's program and recruiting to Miss State, and pretending they are equivalent.

In fairness, they aren't equivalent because of Richt. Before Richt, Georgia's entire history of relevance occurred in a four year period from 1980-1983. Richt is who raised the expectations at Georgia. They averaged 7.4 wins per year in the time frame between Herschel Walker and Mark Richt.

Purdue played Ohio State and Eastern Michigan. Weeks apart. Common yardstick.

Chris Creighton > Urban Meyer.

.
Jagger, look at the pic in your left hand, not the little thing in your right. That's who we're talking about here child. Focus a bit, your Bicht got slapped by corch O. Mullen beat corch O, weeks apart.
Now if want to jag to other random coaches, thats your prerogative

But comparing scores means so much in college football, right?

Not true.

The history of college football has nothing to do with today's landscape.

UGA is a Top 5 job in college football, and would be so with or without Richt. Richt benefited from being the HC at UGA just as the sport grew in the state, and southeast, in general. They fired him because they are not getting Top 5 results.

Same as LSU did with Miles.

Miss State was NEVER going to fire Mullen ... Because they know who they are.

So if Georgia had hired Ron Zook instead of Mark Richt, Georgia would have jumped from a 7 win team to a 10 win team?

The guy in the pic held in your left hand, got embarrassed and blown out by corch O. Yes or no?

Yes he did. See how easy it is to answer a yes/no question? Now you try:

Is comparing scores in college football a valid way to compare teams? Yes or no?

Comparing Richt and Mullen scores to corch O has some validity, but won't tell the whole story. Only part of puzzle. The score alone doesn't show how badly corch O took your pic to the woodshed. How pathetic he was/is on special teams and offense.

Thank you for admitting that your previous post - in which you simply compared results against a common opponent - was ill-informed.
