NO ...IF you find a team where the best talents don't get every opportunity to play, and are not wanted more than lesser talents ...that's when you don't have much of a team.

Mutual is when you tell the coach that you're thinking of ..or that you want to leave... and Coach replies "That's great! You're making real good decision"

While you're mutually agreeing ....the fact is you're not wanted.
