What Does Elite Mean?

I can tell you there are several posters who don’t know what it means. Either that or my definition of elite is “broke”. According to some we have had “elite” QB’s RB’s DB’s etc etc etc for the past 1.5decades yet we haven’t won diddly ****???!! It’s a real head scratcher…

Only elite player we have had here in last 10-15 years was Willis imo.

Phillips and GR15 were really really good but not sure about elite although I wouldn’t argue about GR15. The way he was moved around was masterful and most his sacks came from the DT/nose spot iirc

Njoku wasn’t close to elite, duke was very good, Lamar not close, Artie nope, Quan had an amazing season in 2017 but not elite.

Elite jumps out and performs in normal games and then ups their game in big time games. Pure and simple
