I’m just so **** happy, man.

Happy for Mario. Say what you want about the guy, but he is the definition of a Miami Hurricane. Look, nobody is bigger than the program. I don’t care if Jesus H Christ was the coach here, it’s win or GTFO. And Mario has done plenty to earn criticism the past few years. But this dude is US. He’s a Miami kid, through and through, and you cannot love nor appreciate all this program is more than him. It’s been a long 20+ years, and we’re not hanging a banner for what we did today, but it’s just so nice to have real, tangible progress and success. This is a big achievement when you think about how absolutely comical this program has been from the top down for a long, long time. Knowing him, he took about 7 seconds to smile and cheer, and he’s back to work. We have work to do. But I’m happy for him.

But even more, I’m happy for us. **** a committee, a ranking, a game control metric…this is one of the best teams in America. End of story. And I was so depressed thinking the Pitt game was going to be the last time we saw these kids play football here. It’s weird…when you have a REALLY good football team, it’s super rare that the last time you get to watch it, they play their best game, but you don’t win anything. Right? It always ends with a championship, or a loss. But we threw Pitt around like ragdolls, all sat and said to ourselves and friends that **** we got a good team…and then that’s it? Just really weird. So I am so excited we get to watch 4 out there again. And 3. And 61. TRUE CANES WHO CAME HERE WHEN WE SUCKED ***. Maybe it’s just for 1 more game. Who knows? But we get to watch these boys go out there again and show what they got. And they absolutely deserve it. This is a **** good football team. It was really good last year. It’s even better this year. Go show the world what we all know.

Just really happy today, boys and girls. Happy for the staff, happy for the kids, and happy for us.

Go Canes.

We did it fam🙌

shoutout to everyone in those Saturday games threads that suffered through three weeks of basically no games going our way to it now all working out in the end
Feel like anyone who watched any games after our last one deserves a shoutout. Respect forcing yourself to watch garbage outcomes for 3 weeks straight and nothing going our way. Ik @flips got more than his fair share of liquor down too while watching. Go Canes

A lot of us were in the trenches for weeks, fighting the good fight.

After the last two decades, we deserved this.

Love y’all! Go Canes!

No matter how this ends, these guys will forever be immortalized in Cane history. And if we do get #6 sometime during Mario’s tenure, The U part 3 has to look at these guys as the turning point.
100%. It's so easy to ***** and God knows I'm one of those people, but it's so nice to actually have hope for the future and see a product on the field that can compete with anyones

They still got it wrong with BAGA but I’m so proud of Mario and this team especially going out there and fighting the fight with the media. Standing by this team and their guys. We deserve this as a fan base. It’s going to be wild for any of you guys so blessed to make it out to Kyle Field. Keep up the fight! Go Canes!
My brother lives in Georgetown. I said he should go

I normally dont participate in stuff like this but I went full Digital Warrior for the Canes over the past few weeks. I knew the committee was filled political appointees and were trying to cram ND and Bama in at the expense of Miami and BYU. I countered every single ND argument out there, over and over and over on Facebook and X.

I found it fascinating that major sports media outlets (CBS Sports, et al) were running Miami vs ND polling on Facebook, Twitter, Insta, etc. It was running 75+% in favor of Miami. I was blown away that rank and file CFB fans across the spectrum were ****ed at the committee for not considering the head to head matchup.

I think the committee realized they were literally threatening the fabric of the sport if they didnt pay attention to the on-field results.

Props OBM
Props Ghengis.
Props to all us Canes.

I am 1983 for a reason. It's been a long drought.
**** it feels good to put it on once more. This is tangible progress. Miami is finally starting to look like Miami.

We are going to bring that smoke to the Aggies. And as coach says...we just getting this ball downhill started.

Go Canes! Proud today.

Was just such a weird feeling watching us beat the everloving **** out of everyone for the last 3.5 games and then thinking…..that’s it? We just did things to Narduzzi that should be illegal and we all just go home and get ready for some **** bowl that half the team won’t play in? Bizarre, honestly.

Just so excited to see the whole squad go out there and LET IT RIP at least one more time.
