I hear you but it’s not a traditional NYC cheese pizza. The place I ordered from has that on the menu, but this is their speciality.

It’s kind of a cross between a traditional pie and a margarita pie. They use regular mozzarella, not fresh (which is typically used on margaritas), but they dab it on instead of covering the whole thing. The crust is also thin + crispy and they sprinkle pecorino on top.

Absolutely incredible.
