Well this is some bs.

DA came home to this most likely...

Well, you surely know you have arrived in dynasty power mode when a district attorney makes a comment like that for reason not to prosecute. I'm seriously dumbfounded that the fool actually states that it is because he doesn't want to ruin the lives of 2 young men who have worked and sweat since they were young while we were in AC.

Truly unfacking real. So, he must be paid off or an Alabama alumni for an explanation like that to circumvent his duties to prosecute and the law.

None of this surprises me. It's another black eye for college football IMO because it screams entitlement, but not a surprise.

The real surprise would be seeing Robinson suspended for the opener. My guess is, he misses a series at most.

****. Sabah even got pull out of state. This happened in Louisiana, not Alabama. That's power.

Everybody who has dealt with the "justice" system knows you can buy a case for the right price. This isnt an SEC thing its just America.

... and there are cūnts on this board that wanted Walton kicked off the team or punished by suspending for several games.

As far as I'm concerned, give him ten wind sprints and then throw a kegger on the 50 yd line.

No, it's taken to another level in the mighty $EC but your attempt at changing the subject to some larger racial socioeconomic debate was cute. Go ahead and do that as you like but please don't let it interfere with any attacks on the good Es-Eh-Seee around here

True but the reverse sometimes is at play too where people are made "examples" of. That NEVER happens in SEC-land while in some other places a kid like Walton STILL has court dates.

“I want to emphasize once again that the main reason I’m doing this is that I refuse to ruin the lives of two young men who have spent their adolescence and teenage years, working and sweating, while we were all in the air conditioning,”

That is the thing that got me too. Think of all those poor people who went to jail in the South BEFORE A/C became common here, you know like before 1970. They should all be set free. I working roofing as a kid. In the South that is ****. I also played football. Both were hot, both were sweaty. When did playing sports as a kid become the same as working? This is almost as bad as that punk getting off for being rich. Then again, Hilary isn't going to jail either so what the heck.

These young men not only should no longer be enrolled in the university but should also be held responsible in the criminal court system.
