Week 1 is finally here!!! More importantly CANES football! There’s alot of quality week 1 games that can/will directly impact the CFP.
here are a few predictions for some of the bigger/notable games

Pitt #17 * WVU - 33-24 Pittt wins

Purdue Vs Penn State - 37-20 Penn State Wins

Miami #16 Vs Bethune Cookman - 59-3 Miami Wins

Georgia #3* Oregon #11 - 26-20 Oregon Wins

Arkansas #19 Vs #23 Cincinnati - 35-21 Arky Wins

Florida Vs Utah #7 - 34-17 Utah Wins

Ohio State #3 Vs Notre Dame 5# - 40-27 Ohio State Wins

LSU Vs FSU - 34-9 LSU wins

Georgia Tech * Clemson #4 - 41-17 Clemson Wins

Some Notes:
1. I Think Oregon will have a very strong defense this season and I think it’ll be enough to come away with a stunner week 1.

2. I don’t think Utah and UF will not ACTUALLY BE as close as the score indicates, I can see Utah up something like 24-3 at the half.

3. MIAMI ROLLS

4. I think OSU will have an elite offense and Notre Dame won’t have the puppies to match them point for point.

Think Georgia and Osu roll. Talking 20 plus. If I’m wrong I’ll take the night off drinking.

I don’t expect Georgia to run the table again in the regular season, way too much to replace. I know they are stacked with talent, but still a ton of new players. With that being said, I still expect them to load the box and make Nix beat them so I’m with you. I don’t see that happening lol. I do think Oregon’s defense can give UGA some problems though. I expect UGA to pull away & cover late.
 
Utah vs the gator will be a lot closer than we want it to be.

FSU vs LSU will be too.

Oregon is going to get absolutely smacked by UGA.

Illinois is getting 3 and beats Indiana outright on Friday.

I like Arkansas by double-digits against Cincy.

Louisville coves vs Cuse.

Lean over in the ND/OSU game, UNC -1 vs App State, take the +7 on Rutgers at BC.

I’m going opposite you on Georgia and Arkansas.

I know everybody’s talking about Cincinnati losing talent, and they did, but I still think they beat an improving Arkansas team.

I don’t think Oregon’s improved defense is going to be enough to overcome Georgia. But otherwise I’m pretty much in line with what you have.

I’m thinking his scheme gets gashed by the run heavy big ten unless he changes it. I hate Penn State with every ounce of my heart being from PA so I’m hoping for catastrophe. Plus I think Clifford is absolutely horrendous.
