Week 1 slate

I had Oregon in an upset of UGA. UGA replaced a lot of starters on defense, plus Dan Lanning is now the coach at Oregon. Also, growing up in the Atlanta area, I want those smug *** fans brought down a peg or two. That being said, learning that the game is in Atlanta changed my pick. I begrudgingly pick UGA to win.

A lot of bias in here. I don't like UGA, UF, or FSU either but UGA will roll, Utah will not dominate in their first SEC road game, and LSU isn't good enough to roll FSU.

You have a 1st year SEC head coach coming from a G5 conference versus a 17 year head coach who just won his P5 conference. I'm taking whittingham.

LSU has Brian Kelly and FSU is a mess. Tigers will roll FSU.

If MC was still at Oregon I think they'd win solidly. Thankful that he's here.

Week 1 is finally here!!! More importantly CANES football! There’s alot of quality week 1 games that can/will directly impact the CFP.
here are a few predictions for some of the bigger/notable games

Pitt #17 * WVU - 33-24 Pittt wins

Purdue Vs Penn State - 37-20 Penn State Wins

Miami #16 Vs Bethune Cookman - 59-3 Miami Wins

Georgia #3* Oregon #11 - 26-20 Oregon Wins

Arkansas #19 Vs #23 Cincinnati - 35-21 Arky Wins

Florida Vs Utah #7 - 34-17 Utah Wins

Ohio State #3 Vs Notre Dame 5# - 40-27 Ohio State Wins

LSU Vs FSU - 34-9 LSU wins

Georgia Tech * Clemson #4 - 41-17 Clemson Wins

Some Notes:
1. I Think Oregon will have a very strong defense this season and I think it’ll be enough to come away with a stunner week 1.

2. I don’t think Utah and UF will not ACTUALLY BE as close as the score indicates, I can see Utah up something like 24-3 at the half.

3. MIAMI ROLLS

4. I think OSU will have an elite offense and Notre Dame won’t have the puppies to match them point for point.
I like it. I just think Bo Nix is cheeks and don't see their running game being enough to beat Georgia. Love the Utes over Gaytors and LSU mudholing FSU.

If one of the matchups were to go sideways, who has the better chance of running away with the game? LSU or Utah?

You can't make predictions based on last year's performances. We know nothing about Utah for 2022. They could be great. They could be mediocre. They seemed to be always well coached though.

Same, for LSU, and Florida. New coaching staffs and roster changes. Who knows how good they'll be?

Lsu because fspoo sucks and the dome is a pseudo home game. Last year was a talented domer team and they played in trailerhassee and almost lost

Arkansas and OSU absolutely smoke their opponents. Those are two very easy picks.
I don’t think Arkansas smokes anyone. They lose Burks and he was a massive part of their passing game. He was a beast. I don’t see game breakers on their offense. Cincy loses a lot but they’ll play good d

If you’re going with a Bo Nix led team with a new coach over UGA right now I pray to god you don’t gamble ever

No way a brand new rookie head coach is beating Georgia in his first game. No chance.
