We Should Move Javian Mallory to LB

Ok but you can’t just take a guy you just signed as a RB and say hey go play this LB position on defense that you’ve never played. That linebacker spot is not an easy one to learn. WR to DB, TE to DE are easier adjustments I think and guys usually have played two ways. Not sure if Danny Stubbs played both in high school before playing DE full time. Same with Sam shields. People said JoJo should have played CB.

Again though, what you are calling for has no basis in his background.

Yeah, that was a wild take from him. DJ's specialty was linebacker who also happened to play running back on offense. Lot of 2-way players at the high school level.

Kind of like that NBA clown that claimed NBA players could transition to NFL easier because Tony Gonzalez played both basketball and football. Dude forgot Gonzalez was all world at football in high school and college, and that basketball was just a hobby for him.

....or you drive him off the team altogether because he will sit a year then portal out because you are switching him out of his money position into a position he has zero experience playing 🙄
 
Bruh we got Wiley the specimen sitting in the wings about to destroy the ACC and you want us to move Javion who is a pure RB?
