We can have all of the best Offensive Coaches but WTF can you do with these QB's?

Gimme a battle of Williams vs. a good grad transfer & let the best man win. Not counting on Perry or Weldon at this point.

I'm not exactly confident Richt had good judgement when it came to QB's.

Consider the success of our QB coach.

^^This. I don’t trust Richts judgement on the QB room, much less this last year were he seemed completely checked out and made questionable decisions all year long. I would like to see what these kids can do with a respected, competent OC and QB coach before writing them off. Bring in a grad transfer and if they don’t want to compete for the job they can transfer.

They all are **** poor. This will be Miami's albatross until it is rectified. Downright dereliction of duty to not have a few QBs in this recruiting class.

With bucktooth #1 xvideos user Nkosi, broccoli lover Cade, and maybe Jarren transferring... Jalen Hurts grad transfer pipe dream? No way we get into the conversation for Fields. IDK
I bet if perry would have went to usf he would be ballin. Quinten flowers clone like chit.

Tyree Jackson at Buffalo is a good stopgap. Great arm, consistent QB play throughout his career. He could definitely light it up in the right system. Nevertheless, with a good QB coach, I think Jarren can be a stud. I don't think N'Kosi will be here much longer, Manny isn't going to put up with his BS.

You put them in positions to succeed and don’t put them in obvious passing down and distances and/or forcing them to throw low percentage throws. It’s been discussed that Richts playbook required NFL level throws. But a good coach calls plays to the ability of his players.

Our QBs have talent. They need developed, decent blocking, a run game, and to grow up off the field. Bringing in a transfer QB is a bad idea. Do that and you'll lose the QB room with 2-3 transferring out.

Nah. **** that. Bring in a grad transfer, give every QB an equal opportunity to compete for the starting job.

If a kid wants to leave because he’s scared of a fair competition, then bye.

Put these kids behind bama’s OL and they might look a we but different. S&C + OL coach are going to be critical to what ever O we run.

coaching matters at that position. also jarren Williams is guy I expect to win job. one negative about richt offense was it was hard to learn took qbs a year at least to learn it to his satisfaction and if u didn't have system down u don't play for him ever. so that hurt jarren. that and his love or rosier a limited qb. jarren by all reports was most accurate of our qbs something that matters and is a godo athlete I expect him to start for us in 19 and give us best qb play in a long time maybe since Dorsey

lets not forget richt insisted players know the entire playbook before he would play them regularly or give shot at starting. and despite its seeming predictability it wasn't easy to learn. the oline was crap but doesn't excuse rosier/perry missing open guys all the time. or making bad reads. Williams should be better then both at both th ose things given reports in spring/fall

How can Richts playbook be hard to learn. There were no plays.

Well it's two fold.

A good OC gets a tune out of Perry / Williams / Weldon. They can all move and throw the ball. Design an offence around their strengths and hide their weaknesses.

Moving forward, recruit better QBs.
With Perry, pretty hard to hide poor decision making and inaccuracy.

Jarren is staying and we are going to get a grad transfer. I don't expect Perry here next year and haven't written Jarren or Cade off. I think Cade is a baller if his head is on straight.

I want to believe you man but clearly Richt didn't share your opinion. He knew he had two sub-standard guys in Rosier and Perry yet ... Jarren, in his mind, wasstill well behind them. Even after a full season with the team. That is not confidence-inspiring.
If you believe the people that managed to be at Greentree, Mark was the only one that didn’t think Williams was the best
