Saw a mock already that had Kaaya #2 . Do we have at least 3 going round 1 next year? Kaaya, AQM, Coley?

“I’m just focused on this year right now. Just to be able to do something big in college, hopefully win an ACC championship, hopefully get to a big bowl game, hopefully playoff or Rose Bowl or Orange Bowl. I just want to win something big and hopefully break some records.”

Surely he has an idea about what he would do if he was considered a first-round pick?

“I haven’t thought about that yet,” Kaaya said. “I haven’t even thought of myself in that light yet. I feel like I need to win something big before I can be considered for a first- or second-round draft pick.”

Perhaps this is the season that finally happens, with a veteran coach leading a veteran quarterback.

I've said before that I think he (Kaaya) will come back for his senior season for a natl championship run but if he's pegged #2 overall that is hard to pass up

Idk why you guys think Coley is going to be a First round pick...he's going to be a high round pick but not a first rounder, let's wait for him to go over 800 yards first before considering him a first rounder

Could be the 2017 version of Phillip Dorsett. No one thought Dorsett had a shot to be a first rounder before his senior season.

I agree with you though, he needs to be a lot more consistent to even sniff the 1st round

I love Coley, but I dont think he ends up being a first even with a big year. Serious durability issues and 0 consistency. I think that will scare a lot of teams away, but i would love to be wrong. AQM on the other hand i think can sneak into the first with a big year. Hes got all the physical tools and should thrive under this new scheme. He also doesnt have an injury history

Coleys a mid second rounder to early third. Even if he does have a big year. AQM could sneak into the first if he breaks out this year and if teams need pass rushers ( my Cowboys). Though AQM def a mid second rounder to

Yea anyone on our roster can be a first or second round pick with the way these so called "pro scouts" been scouting and drafting nowadays.. especially if we have a good season. Almost seems like some of those draftees got lucky lol. Unknown players with very abysmal stats get drafted high all the time

Yup no injuries. Kevin Dodd played like one year at Clemson and was one of the first second rounders. So AQM can definitely make late first or early to mid round second

Yall forgetting about Grace. I think if he has another **** good year, he'll be a 1st rd pick too. Im sure someone on this board will mention his weight and why he wont go 1st rd.

I can see a team taking him int the 5th or 6th if he has a good year. Maybe a team thatd try him out at safety

Coley definitely has a good chance to go 1st.

AQM needs to have a monster season to be considered 1st round material.

He just hasn't produced enough yet.

Grace won't go past the third round with his combine numbers and production at UM imo

Considering our history at the position, I wouldn't bet against Njoku. He just needs more TD's and IMO, would be our best shot at a first rounder next year.

Coley, still has consistency issues and needs a year healthy.

Kaaya, he needs to fix his footwork, be better on the move while working on his movement in the pocket, and have a couple of clutch performances. It isn't how you start the game, but how you finish it. Right now, he limits what any offense can do in the NFL.

AQM, still needs to actually show it on the field and consistently.

Grace, he hasn't shown anything yet to warrant first round talent. I don't know that he could ever acquire the size that is needed to play consistently at the next level.

That's pretty much how I would rank the chances of anyone as a first rounder next year today.
