Wake

Eh, this sucks but we won another ACC series and Wake is good at home. Also, the ball FLIES out of right field in that stadium. Thought both of those were pop ups. Sucks we didn't take advantage of GT losing but we get Duke at home and we should finish in the top 4 with a series win, possibly just one.

Obviously Federman doesn't have it tonight. Like I said Saturday and many times, this coaching staff waits way too long to make pitching changes. They gamble too much hoping a guy can find it when it's obvious he doesn't.

It was the stupid decision before that, that forced their hand. They burned everybody before Federman. Once Mixon and Cook got outta that inning, it was Federman and Veliz or bust

Gino will eventually over-manage us into elimination. Everybody got their participation sticker today. We have a good team, quite frustrating to watch.
How did he overmanage? This team has NOT been frustrating to watch. Having a great season

Exactly and has worked pretty well this season

You’re missing the point. Federman has been worked a lot this weekend. Not to mention he hasn’t been great either. Should’ve never started an inning, let alone left in there after a walk and then after a hit batter.

You can’t just give him the ball every 8th inning bc “he’s our 8th inning guy.” They don’t have elastic arms

regardless of outcome, i like the fight this team has. last wednesday's near comeback against UCF was impressive as well.

Gino played Duck, Duck, Goose with the roster this week. We could have easily been 4-0, that is a compliment to the players. This type of decision making puts the team in potentially unfavorable seeding in the ACC and the NCAA tournaments.

Massive let down tonight. As I said before, Gil better be nursing an injury to sit out the biggest conference game of the year after a day off. As well as DiMare’s use of the staff tonight

Federman is our 8th inning guy. He wasnt going to be pulled for Mantilla
Doesn't matter. If a guy doesn't have it, he doesn't have it and you have to move on to your next best option. Federman was eventually pulled and didn't finish the inning. So, obviously nobody is immune to to getting pulled. They just could have limited the damage and maybe we pull out the game.

Never discount the fact that this was a must win for Wake and they're an offensive team.
