Waiting until after signing day to fire coaches? Terrible idea.

Does anyone actually believe this is the plan? This would help salvage the class, but would just be another thing to negatively recruit us with.

Imagine what other schools would say if we literally fired our coaches, days after signing day, just so the kids would be forced to stay signed to Miami. This would be TERRIBLE PR.

I don’t know if he’s firing anyone... as scary as that is. But just to be clear, whatever he decides, @Andrew supports CoRch Manny Diaz and his staphylococcus.

Who’s stupid enough to come here with the sole intent of playing for Penos? That would be like going to Chipotle because you heard they were poisoning customers with their rotten meats.
That is 100% correct. So not only is this not salvaging the class at all. It is just another thing to negatively recruit us.

Any time one of our position groups is not up to scratch other teams could remind players that "their position coach may be fired the day after singing day if they go to the U".

I wouldn’t be surprised if Penos is given the chance to hook on elsewhere to save face. Manure is a politician. There’s zero reason to wait tilll after ESD to fire him. He’s either already been told to look for work, or Manure isn’t firing him.

If it does happen it will probably be after they shìt the bed in the bowl game
Agree. But that’s after early signing day. LCE’s point of turning down the bowl game makes sense. We aren’t getting many more practices, the practices will be lead by corching gawds, and like OGH said, sticking this class with coaches they didn’t sign up for would be bad for obvious reasons.

You have to understand OGH, fans that are gullible enough to believe that are also the same people that think Diaz just needs time to right the ship lol

It's just desperation for people who need something to hold onto to convince themselves it's not really as bad as it seems... If Diaz was gonna fire Enox he would've already done it...

Today is literally "Black Monday" for College coaches, we've seen 7-8 programs make changes to their coaching staff today, why hasn't Miami? Because Diaz & the AD are on the same page, everything's fine, nothing needs to change, we'll give it go for next year & when we go 5-7 they'll make the same exact excuses & act like nothing's wrong.

Waiting until after NSD to fire coaches is tantamount to waiting until you get your girl pregnant before you get a divorce, if you knew you was leaving her why TF would you get her pregnant? Lol...

It's just something to throw out there to give gullible slurppers hope, that's all, nobody's getting fired from this staff.

I could possibly see 1 position coach, like Barry, scapegoated here but I can’t say that with confidence. I don’t think anything happens to the coordinators.

Everybody's got a source days after the regular season yet no one had a reliable source for almost two weeks when Manny was making the horrendous decision to hire Enos. All of sudden leaks are just everywhere. Diaz because of his ineptitude wasn't even thinking about firing Enos because he thought the FSU and Louisville games were the start of something big. Now he's shook and evaluating. Diaz didn't think there was a chance the Duke and FIU games would happen for the offense. I don't think he's made a decision which is problem anyway. Seems like an easy call

If Manure doesn’t fire Penos he’s holding that card to use it next year. He’s a student of UM’s pvssy ways and is banking on getting a 3rd year regardless of what he does next year.
Manuelito knows better than anybody what type of laissez-faire pushovers we have in our administration at Miami, hell his pops probably used to be one of them...

He knows exactly how to say the right things to give them an excuse to not have to work. He fully knows how to work those lazy cheap bastards over & give them enough leeway to avoid doing any kind of decision making or money spending, because he knows better than anybody they don't care about Football & they don't want to be bothered with Football matters.

He'll get heat from the fans, but he knows as long as he can keep that fúckin goober Blake James & that funeral home director lookin muthafucka Julio Frenk from having to ask him any questions on behalf of the BOT his job will be safe here & will finesse his way into staying the entirety of his contract.
