Fire him or not, the problem is the administration. The last two time we have been in trouble with ncaa it was the administration's fault more than football team. And who hired the last three coaches? The biggest problem with firing Al is the same sobs will be hiring his replacement.

I don't think Golden was a bad hire at the time. I had my doubts about his coaching ability, but he was a huge upgrade as the front man to the U. No one knew he would be this loyal to his friend when he was hired. Now they do, its on them if he doesn't correct it. The message end of last year should have been this is your choice keeping him, fail again and your whole staff is gone.
 
There's a lot of juice on the -160. I'd say Vegas feels pretty good about us winning 8. If we can get decent qb play I'm hoping for 9-10 wins.

I haven't seen much coaching.

Lots of PR, but no coaching. No game day coaching. Defense regression. ****-poor execution. No player development.

So, same thing goes for Golden.

If Al Golden was fired by Miami at the end of this year (not happening), he would be hired immediately if he wanted another D1 job in 2015.

Since the U doesn't share their contracts with the media, where are you pulling that 2019 year from? If the admin made that deal, they all need to be fired.
