We win 7. That's the over/under for the season.

Here is how I believe they reached this number.

We are overwhelming Fav in 3 games ---FAM-FAU-App st (3 wins)

Clear underdogs in two FSU-ND (0 wins)

Slight Fav in two games Duke at home ,Pitt at home--@ UV (2 wins)

Toss Up games @GT, UNC, @VT, @NCst (2 wins)

Without a stupid halfback pass and a crap show against Cincy, we win ten last year.

10-2 this year and an appearance in the ACC championship vs Clemson.

"Vegas" banks on imbeciles. Remember that. They think enough imbeciles will pick the under that they'll have 50/50 action on both sides. If money floods in on the over they'll adjust it up.

UNC is going to be really good this year - mark it down. Trubisky is a much better passing QB than Williams, so him throwing to Hollins and Switzer along with Hood running the ball will put up serious points.

FSU and ND are obviously tough. Based on talent alone, those 3 matchups should be the only ones in question.

However, VT will put up points with their new system. NC State will also put up points if they can find a QB. We can't play down to our opponents like with did with the last staff and we can't take our foot on their throats when we have teams down big early in games.

Trubisky looked like Drew Bree's last year because he played late in blowouts against 2nd units. We should win 10 in the regular season. Good chance to knock off FSU and make it 11.

College FB "guru" Phil Steele was just on Russillo & Kanell and Danny asked him about our win total o/u specifically. Needless to say, Steele loves the over. Starts at the 18:03 mark.

We were 8-4 at the time so we would have won 9 games lol but I agree with what you're saying. No excuse not to be better than last year. Meaning at least a 9 win regular season and 10 if you include the bowl game

One site has the OU at 6.5. I put $500 on the over. Hopefully BK stays healthy this season cause IMO we go 9-3 AT WORST

I'm going to Vegas in 3 weeks and throwing down on the over. Vegas also had the O/U at 6.5 last year. I don't see how we have the same odds with better coaching, a better team, more doubt throughout the coastal, and exchange nc state for Clemson in the schedule (granted we also traded ND for Nebraska). Here's how I see it:
W vs A&M
W vs FAU
W @ App st
W @ Ga tech
W vs FSU (finally)
W vs UNC (not comfortable with this one)
L @ VA tech (short rest Thursday game after a tough stretch in Blacksburg)
L @ ND
W vs Pitt
W @ UVA
W @ NC St
W @ Duke

That's 10 W's. Even if FSU and UNC are L's that still covers. See you in Charlotte!

We ain't losing to Vag Tech. Fuente isn't an immediate turn around guy. Look at his arc at Memphis. He won 3 games or so his first couple years.
