your memory or perception of what happened with Peterson is woefully mistaken. Perhaps bigconch crap is working its way in there and clouding it up. Peterson is from my neck of the words, his story isn't that complicated.

I am not going to pretend to know if the family was making huge demands. I don't know. What I do know:

- Miami, UF, and FSU all told him he would not get through the clearing house with his test scores, particularly his 4 or 5 hour drive to take the tests.
- He wanted to EE.
- Miles promised him he would EE at LSU and to not worry about the stuff the florida schools were telling him. He and his family bought into it (and I am sure some booster help assisted in getting him to LSU over some other major out of state schools)
- His tests were flagged. His EE never happened.

PP, in fact, came by himself (or so the story goes) to talk to Randy and Randy stood him up - wouldn't play his games. I still dont remember FSU being part of that. But what you are talking about happened RIGHT at the end IIRC and AU touched on it. And I do remember it now. He did show up in a last minute blitz, presumably when it was clear he wasnt going to get in anywhere, and gave UM, and UF IIRC a last minute "chance" to meet with him, which AU is correct, I think UM blew him off and Randy was ****ed off at the kid playing games.

Is there any film on tv? Been hearing different things from different people about this kid from coaches to fans. Some say he's a beast and very legit, while some say he plays stiff, high and just overwhelms smaller kids.
