They are. Francis was a elite 5 star OT and further ahead than those guys and he played well overall but still had some struggles at times. Had some saying maybe he should play guard. You not winning a championship relying on freshmen o-linemen

Cogden and Cantwell will be counted on because they are that good. They drove out two lineman out who will be starting at SEC schools this season, one of which was a drive away from playing in a national championship. Those two in particular would have been in the rotation if they were here in 2024, and the same with 2025

I don’t think they drove anyone off. Kinsler wanted a starting spot promised to him and you got to compete for it here. Freshmen o-linemen will have struggles even Francis had them

Yeah maybe Cantwell isn’t but what about Congdon indicates he isn’t a typical freshman other than his size. Having 2 true freshman starters is not ideal for a national title team. Merriweather needs to step up.

Also Jojo has a pass bounce right off his hands for an INT. That whole game was a fluke.

The penalty for a late hit on the QB on the last drive.

The stupid timeout in 4th down I think it was when Miami wouldve gotten the stop.

Basically the game was cursed for Miami to lose .

Charmar missed a wide open hole on what could have been the game killing drive.

I don’t remember who said it to one of my post but they said two freshmen will be starting on OL.

I haven’t heard anything about merriweather I don’t think he is very good.

This line will take a step back this year. Just get ready

Agree I was thinkjg more like secokf team congdon.

How by far the better athlete . Cantwell will be way matter . Francis was a holding machine his first year .

Because he was a freshmen. You see he didn’t have those problems once he got that experience. Looking good in practice in one thing but playing a opponent you aren’t familiar with on Saturdays is a different ball game
