well and they still are not in pads right? I always thought that greatly benefits a DL over OL in those drills. OL can lock onto pads better than a tee shirt.

Not sure how I feel about Samson and McCoy at tackles. I trust Mirabal implicitly but (there's always a "but" cuz that's what we do as fans) that means the entire IOL lacks meaningful starter experience (Double R started 2 games in career). It doesn't surprise me that our DTs dominated today.

If the tackles stay this way (Mirabal will move folks around to find the best 5), then hopefully it's some combination of Buchanan, Cantwell. Congdon, and Meriweather at the guard spots because SJ is too small. He's a mauler but a better fit at center. SJ probably plays that 6th OL role in short yardage situations.

Yes, PR is about making the correct play and being sure handed as well. 1 was in the Top 10 in returns, but if you take off the playoff games, as I said he was simply solid, which btw is not an insult.

Miami Hurricanes PR should be dangerous, feared, and explosive.

Guys like buddy from Iowa and Texas. They had twice as many yards in less games. And TDs.

1 hasnt done that yet on PR. Hes only a year in so ofc he can improve, but its not blasphemous or insane to say the return game can be improved upon.

Idc if Mali is the best option back there then you put him there. Can't **** around when it comes to special teams as we clearly saw in the championship last year.

I have seen enough of ACC play and refs to know I am not giving some 4th string CB a free shot on the #1 player in the country several times a game. The odds of Mali recording an explosive play on offense must be 10x a PR.
