Can't believe I fell for this Stone bs two years running.
Wait till December 25th 2025Can't believe I fell for this Stone bs two years running.
That mf sure knows how to troll Miami, there will not be a 3rd time lolCan't believe I fell for this Stone bs two years running.
So what everybody else is saying about the d-line is a lie? You are the only one who keeps saying the d-line isn’t good. Brantley is at nickelNot to be that guy but I’ll be surprised this defense reaches “very good ” level. DL and LB rooms have not improved from last year. Secondary looks better but still need a safety and nickel.
I think you need a hard and fast rule that the portal is one-way. Once you enter, you’re not coming back.Setting the precedent for other players to enter the transfer portal, possibly as position groups to get group raises. What happens for instance if the entire wide receiver room enters the portal? Or the entire secondary? Or the entire team?
7 dtsWe better hope all the reports about Simpson impressing were true.Don't understand how we have 10 DEs but only 6 DTs with 2 beign true freshman and 2 redshirt freshmen.
Exactly. It’s not just about talent. It’s about older talent. Juniors seniors, Rs seniors.Average experience of 1.5 years seems really low. I don’t know where to find that data but I’d be curious how that compares with the playoff teams from last year. A roster that is balanced by class would be 2.5.

Ahhh…my bad. It was Rudolph who left and not Lightfoot. You’re missing Marquise Lightfoot
Elias Rudolph is in the transfer portal, and Anthony Campbell graduated
Texas played in the NC two years ago with a really young team. Less than two years of average CFB experience - don’t have the numbers in front of me.Exactly. It’s not just about talent. It’s about older talent. Juniors seniors, Rs seniors.
Teams that have been building elite talent for 4 or 5 years.
You should see Colorado’s roster right now.7 dts
That’s fair, but the transfer portal and NIL have made it a totally different world from even the last year of Manny. All coaches have HS recruiting misses. However in the past we would have rostered those misses for considerably longer until we could backfill with new HS recruits. Mario’s done a good job - fantastic at quarterback - in backfilling in the portal. In fairness, the only impact Mario’s higher HS recruiting rankings had on last years offense was at RT and RB2
That’s what I get for posting this while simultaneously watching WrestleMania. You’re missing Marquise Lightfoot

Don’t be so short sighted with 5 stars, this was Jihaad Campbell career, now he’s going to be a 1st round pick
