Unpopular opinion on TVD

A football game is four quarters. You can’t win meaningful games with a QB who’s only good in two of them.

If you want my opinion, TVD's skillset is better in a pro set rather than this power spread we're running.

He runs out of necessity, and he's not particularly fast. I'm not particularly impressed with his vision, sometimes, he has thrown bullets right into defenders hands.

He's got a good arm, and occasionally shows he can make elite throws.

A lot of this is the offensive line failing to make defenses respect the running game. When they do, his recievers can get open and he can make big plays. Otherwise, he gets coverage sacks or has to try to run for his life.

This is our third string QB guys. I think in the right system he could be very good. But not with this line and not with this coaching

I know a lot of people have already bailed on him because he wasn't immediately Johnny Unitas, but I think we'll figure out if he is a long term solution over the next 3-4 games.

If he can continue to learn and improve, he might be our answer at that position.

actually, just the opposite.

I talked to three guys on offense who said TVD is the real deal.

TVD has 1st round demeanor, NFL build and physical skills, and big time arm talent.
Garcia is way too erratic right now, and has too much "Harry Highschool" in him. He's not the sharpest tool in the drawer, so his development is going to be a bit different. and his arm isn't the same as TVD's.

Garcia can pull it together, and he can definitely be big time player, but he has work to do (just like TVD does.)

Then they’re aren’t on the team because that’s from every single player on roster from broward. Gaynor, Mike, X, Jaylen, etc

Right. All three guys I talked to are starters.

I'm sure those guys are happy you just posted this on an internet message board what they think about TVD.

Which leads me to believe this is fiction. If you did know those guys, you wouldn't have posted it. But let's let the the message out loud and clear. Nicely done.

Lmfao. Everybody and their mom knows that I’m really good friends with Gaynor’s older bro and friends with former members of this team as well. I’m literally from the same neighborhood of 2 of our currents players.

Btw lol at Garcia’s arm not being the same. There’s game tape proving you’re full of it.

Garcia really needs to play this year to give the existing players hope and new coach a boost in recruiting.

I like TVD. this is what happens when you have a mediocre program and you are in dogfights every week. TVD hasn't taken a meaningful snap outside the last 2 games. Its baptism by fire. he played poorly this past game in the first, mostly aided by HC and OC because these clowns just run their stuff. If Asslee was any good, 16 days to prepare, TVD should have come out the gates rolling. Diaz and Lashlee suck so here we are

I get the Kyle Wright vibe, especially with the slow looping delivery. But I don’t recall Kyle Wright being as good of a runner or making some of those cross body throws TVD made on Saturday.
