obviously we are recruiting him (thank god) and I really hope he is a Cane but I think Brashard Smith is vastly under rated as a 3*. Dude is just a flat out football player and does it against some of the best high school football competition in the country. If there is one player in S Fla that may not be that highly ranked. Who would you like to see at Miami, or feel will be a star somewhere else if he’s not recruited that hard by Miami like TuTu?
Definitely. Especially since he has big time offers on a team with lots of attention. That one's a head scratcher. He would have been a riser if there were camps.I don’t get Brashard Smith’s ranking. That is a head scratcher to me.

Pretty sure some people on here have Chase Smith around a 6*
I wouldn't say 6* but I'm one that believes he should have a spot if he wants inPretty sure some people on here have Chase Smith around a 6*
i would say Yulkeith Brown from Central
There will always be south Florida skill guys that end up at schools like syracuse or louisville that end up being great college players. Unfortunately, those types of kids didn't get a Spring evaluation period this year.
What I love is that I think if you look at our class right now, and how incredibly concentrated it is with SFL kids, some of the types of kids you are alluding to above are actually being recruited to Miami now, finally. It's not as **** on LOI day, but its how you build a winning Miami team IMO. Give me more SFL dogs with chips on their shoulders that have been underrated by the services for political and $ reasons and I say we're in business. Here is our current class, and keep in mind that Aroyo (TX) is from here originally:

Hollywood, FL

Fort Lauderdale, FL
