People keep throwing out the obvious names but every coaching search involves some lesser known guys.

For me its Justin Wilcox, the DC at USC. He had some of the nations best defenses at Boise St then he went to UW and instantly improved there defense by 11 points and 100 yards in his first season. Now he's at USC and there playing well. Dont think he is really under the radar but he's a name many on the east coast might not know. He likes a 4-2-5 kind of aggresive defense to boot. Think he would be a really good fit here.

Matt Wells Utah State. Up and Comer and can recruit South Florida has about 9 guys from the area.

Prefer OC vs DC ..... would rather pick up a guy with HC experience ..... 2/3 last few hires with zero HC experience didnt work too well

Under the radar guys are under the radar as they are unproven.

Sorta like Golden.

Although some mentioned here are worser.

Insert some local high school corch's name here or Trooper Taylor. Your choice.

His 2007 Hawaii team is one of my all-time favorite college football teams of all time. Haven't heard much about him since he went to SMU though, and I looked up his recent win percentages and idk if he'd be the guy I would want.
