How about Manny teaching his team to tackle? That should have happened before the season even started. Basic fundamentals of the game need to be taught.

As sad as it is to say this (cuz we Miami), If the DL is not going to get to the QB anyway then don't have them rush upfield and out of the play every single time. Focus on gap integrity and DL making tackles and plays around the line of scrimmage. There are huge gaping running lanes opening up on every single defensive snap. Stop running your DL out of the play because they ain't getting home anyway. Also, simplify the scheme and keep the LB in position (essentially spread out in the center of the field of play) and have them see ball, get ball. The LBs don't even seem lost but rather completely non-existent. Keep them in the same basic formations and have them practice tackling.
