3. QB - Edge Miami
4. Home field - Edge Miami
5. Special teams - Edge Miami.. Heard UF's kicker is struggling.
6. Coaching - even
7. Defense - Edge Gators

gators have better d line and secondary, but if rodgers highsmith step up and deon bush and jenkins start and crawford howard and gunter play well i think secondary could be even either way we have the advantage our dline should be alot better to

I hope you are right. But saying we have a QB advantage means you didn't watch the UNC, KSU, ND and FSU gasmes last year.

I'm sure Driskell would look very good against BC.

We are gonna win but the OP is discrediting their team too much. The playmakers part and how it is close..... You must not have watched this Purifoy(sp?) kid play last year. Driskel can **** you up scrambling, just ask LSU. It's gonna be close, but it's early and we will expose their weakness at LB in terms of coverage and our defense makes some plays.

Best player on the field will be Duke.
Their two top playmakers will most likely be out.
I'm just saying we will have more playmakers across the board on any given play than they will.
If you consider Driskell a playmaker I don't know what to tell you.
And trust me I respect Driskell and what he brings but he won't win the game for them.
We'll see but I just feel we have a substantial edge.

Coaching, if we still had Fisch i'd say Miami but who knows with Coley calling the plays. Dnofrio, meh...I would say even, slight edge UF.

Home Field, hoping Canes show up but we will most likely see plenty of Gaytors.

All that said Miami has the QB, OL and RB with UF losing plenty of D starters. It'll either be a blowout Canes or a shootout IMO.

After all, the teams that PWN us are light years ahead of U*** in every category! Imagine if the Gatas had to play UNC and UVA! That's two losses right there! :rolleyes:


I will be more than thrilled if we beat a bad Gatas team, but to think we have some sort of advantage? Pretty sure, you have to outcoach a London, when you outtalent them, before beating even a bad SEC team.

AS I said, if we beat the Gaytors, we are light years better than any sorry ACC clown.
 
Thankfully, the Gates' defense doesn't have to go up against ours. We'll measure their very good defense against our very good offense, and their recently ****-poor offense against our recently ****-poor defense.

Instead of doing it position by position, do it matchup by matchup.
