UGA vs OU game thread

There's that SEC slurper mentality. Guess we'll just ignore that Clemson's got the best d-line in the nation where every single upper classmen is slated to go in the 1st round.

Clemson is built like a top SEC school by a former Alabama boy.

Right, Mr. Finebaum. The only explanation for a non-SEC team winning a title is that they are "SEC-like".

Fact is 2 SEC teams are in the final 4 and at least 1 appears heading for the title. Clemson might as well be SEC, they are built like one.

One could make the argument that Ohio St. should've gone in over Alabama (considering they didn't even win their division).

Just because a team puts a heavy emphasis on trench play, doesn't make them an "SEC" team.

FSU had a team similar to Clemson's back in 2013. I guess they were built like an "SEC" team. Guess all of the titles Miami won in its history, they were built like an "SEC" team.

Pete's going to have to take a long look at some of his mods. He has one writer tweeting gator emojis to one UF player, and then saying "Congrats bro!" to another player that just spurned Miami for Bama at the last minute. Now he's got another one saying that only winning teams are built like SEC teams.

Fooking pathetic analysis.

Andrew isa uga/ cane fan. He also started this board...but his real team is currently in the playoff.

I love you in the most heterosexual way another man can tell another man that. The SEC slurping is just downright pathetic.

Wasn't aware of him starting this board. Congrats to him on UGA being in the playoff.

Maybe he should hand the reigns over now.

I could never understand being a fan of multiple CFB teams.

Bama should not be in FACT, but people say SEC because of recent memory. Its like if the Dolphins start winning alot people will say Patriot like (if they win like 3 division titles in a row) The patriots didnt invent winning but they dominated more recently. College has been dominated by the SEC for 10 years plus and they teams are modeled like the UM teams of Butch era. But the Butch teams r long ago so they say SEC type until they consistently get dethroned it will stop.

If UGA wins people on here will be like "Kirby is doing it with Richt's players" but think about what your saying. Your basically saying Kirby can win with Richt players with means Richt can't win with Richt players.

Not only that but I never seen a Georgia team this dominate. Georgia just pushed a Alabama esque move. Make you think they are going to get embarrassed but they take about a QTR to comeback because they dominate the trenches and they stop being flashy.

dominant*

And you can't judge a guy like that. I can't imagine what you'd be saying about Jimmy Johnson in his second year right now. Chill out

When we still aren't competing for championships in 2-3 years because we have recruiting classes over two years filled with one 4* and one 3* defensive tackles and three 3* linebackers and we continue to run the ball 35 times per game...who is the GenPop of this forum going to blame?

The QB again?

nope the SEC coach we hired.

Most on this forum are fully aware that we need to get DTs this cycle and that this is a weakness as is. Don't know where you're getting current numbers from regarding one 4* recruit. We have 19 guys signed and not even a quarter are rated 3*.

Oh would you look at that. Ran the ball behind this beastly Oline, made a contested catch and suddenly they're in scoring distance.

Smart isn't a defensive genius - he's just gone super simple on defence with better athletes.
