Two players with the University of Georgia football team were arrested Wednesday night after they were caught allegedly driving recklessly on an Athens roadway.

Linebacker Darren Ikinnagbon and linebacker Christopher Cole were booked into the county jail on charges of speeding and reckless driving. Ikinnagbon was additionally charged with following another vehicle too closely.

They were both soon released upon posting minimal cash bail.

The incident report was not immediately available and. neither was official comment from the police department

Jalen Carter will be the poster child for UGA athletes and reckless driving. He got probation but he also got his millions and got to keep his career.

We drive to PCB every year in July and we've went a few times in other months. So probably made the drive 10-12 times and been pulled over between Atlanta and Dothan 4 times and got 3 tickets. Everywhere from 7 over to 32 over.. only 1 other ticket at any other point in my life.

Dang, so much for the belief that one is ok exceeding speed limit as long as it is no more 10 mph over.

I don't know where you are pulling the lyrics from, and I'm sure ol' Waylon drawls his words, but it is NOT:

"a good old boys"

or

"the good old boys"


It is, and always has been, "TWO good old boys".

And it's also "fightin' the system like a true modern-day Robin Hood" (Hood rhymes with could)
