How long til UCF moves into Power 5. 50,000 students, home stadium, beating marquis teams. Don't think it will be long.
Without Frost they are back to mediocrity in the near future. He was the head of that snake.

if they stay in that conference they will eat. Its similar to fau/fiu in their conferences where they can out talent all other teams in conference with big 3 castaways.
They have a solid recruiting class right now too.

Also, their AD is nice. I like the new hire as well. Young, savage offensive minded guy.
College footballs starting to remind me of MLB and reading Moneyball. The old guard is being pushed out by younger guys with progressive ways of thinking. The days of teams winning with coaches with corncob pipes regurgitating football philosophies from 50 year prior are over.
can't understand how they could possibly win. It seems like no one on the offense knew any of the plays.... They would get up to the line of scrimmage and then at least one of the players would suddenly move to another position. Then as soon as they found a position they liked, someone else would start moving and not stop until the ball was snapped.. They should look at our formations, all of our guys know how to line up and where to line up.
Jesus Christ you mother****ers are obsessed with pre-snap motion.
It helps the QB make his reads, sure, but at the end of the day if he can't make an accurate pass it's wasted.
Any one remember that Snelson wr from UCF was once committed to us. LOL. That kid and Smith may be the best wr tandem in the state.
he was a headcase and honestly was a steal for ucf Hes a higher caliber player. Not the best wr tandem in the state but You should be a golden night fan.
Maybe Auburn isn't that good?
Nah, Auburn beat Alabama and Georgia.
This is an impressive performance by UCF.
NCAA needs to go to 8 team playoff.
you dumb ***.... since mike Bobo was named offensive coordinator for georgia in 2007 mark richt had not called plays for georgia. all you ***s are rediculousAuburn truly is a finesse team. We arent that physical either..but they arent blocking norton, Mcintosh and company all night.
But this is a canesinsight board..filled with bandwagoners..half of u f*cks are fiu fans anyway.
I would lay money on a regular season against ucf all day with the canes.
Ha, and you would lose your ***, Frost would coach circles around Richt. MR is old school and refuses to change, Frost is young, innovative, and plays to his strengths. If MR don't change his ways, which is why he was fired, he wont get us over that hump. His old team is in cfp, if he were still there they would not be. Hopefully he re-evaluates his game
even after the 2014 season when bobo left to coach colorado st guess what? CMR didnt call plays for georgia. its a wonder why georgia was so succesful earlier in richts tenure. oh and one last thing hows kirby fairing right now scumbag?Auburn truly is a finesse team. We arent that physical either..but they arent blocking norton, Mcintosh and company all night.

Barely was enough, Auburn would have taken our defense to the woodshed. Their qb would look like Tom Brady.Their DL and, safeties, corners look better.
Offensively their QB is ridiculously better than our ****.
Impossible, they barely turned their heads. That goes against your thesis my good man.

This is why you can't keep an undefeated G5 team out of the CFB playoffs.
I don't care what their strength of schedule is. If they are the lone undefeated team left...they need to be playing for the top prize.
You just don't know what happens when the whistle blows. This team with a coach in limbo just beat a team that beat two playoff teams soundly - while leading for essentially the whole game.

Of course you can keep them out. We're doing it right now.

And every year people like you overreact to non-playoff bowl results. Put UCF in any P5 conference where they have to show up with that emotion every week and their second-tier talent will catch up to them.
Let's see, a team does undefeated and has a bowl win against the only team that beat two of the four arbitrary playoff teams. Why should UCF not be voted Number One in the polls?

Because they won one game against a non-playoff team, while someone is going to win two games against playoff teams. Not difficult.
