I've been going to these Camps since Shaq was a Freshmen in HS... They are favored for the offense ... these receivers often run 5 second routes ... so the DBs have to be prepared for triple move so when they run go routes its a shocker... I'm very pleased with Al Blades he brings attitude and confidence to the table...

Elijah Moore......We're going to regret that one!

Miami isn't going to regret losing a receiver....the lines are the most important positions to worry about...Miami desperately needs to land two more impact players...a OT and DT...gotta flood the lines with competition to compete for championships....right now Miami doesn't have enough dogs in the trenches...
Agree... Bama destroyed Clemson in the trenches

[TWEET]948295407985152000[/TWEET] Jordan got praise from rivals too so it sounds like he will get a bump. ESPN looks ahead of the curve as they have Jordan as #32 overall but from the looks of it he may be getting a bump from them too

Keondre Coburn 2018 NT from Texas will be visiting Miami, hopefully he is just having a bad camp because in these highlights he lost a lot of reps.

An in full team drills, he actually hit the no contact QB late which shows a lack of awareness. An this was the type of low FBI that got courtel Jenkins in trouble with UM coaches.

Kids from Texas are supposed to be well coached, so we will see if this poor FBI play is a pattern for Coburn while at UA practice and in the game Thursday.

Go Canes

Not all Texas schools are created equal. Coburn's school (produced NFL guys like DL Corey Redding, DB Chykie Brown, OL Andre Gurode, Earl Mitchell who played over there for the Fins, etc. ) is notorious for having boat loads of talent and underachieving. I'm not surprised at what you posted.

Silvera named a Top 5 overall performer at practice by 247. They said he is the most physical interior guy in San Antonio with the nastiest demeanor. They also said the offensive linemen wanted nothing to do with him because his bullrush was so imposing.

Would be a godsend for Coburn to fall in our lap

Cleveland Reed got beat handily on both reps shown (at the very end of the video). I posted a tweet from an SEC reporter saying that Dalone Scaife won every single rep he had today.

Yeah, against that Mustipher kid. He got beat across his face the first rep, then by a swim move on the 2nd. Reed has a good base against power but looks like he needs to work on technique against lateral quickness.....mainly staying square, landing his punch first and not reaching. All is coachable.

Hope so, Navaughn is still working to correct these same issues at OG against even moderate lateral quickness.

According to some message board posters on here he looked like he didn’t belong in a video LOL

What was Cleveland Reed's competition level in HS? He kinda looks like he hasn't been around that level of athleticism much. (Very small sample size in that video, asking more generally.)

I think Bama is using PEDs. There was smoke a few years back that got swept under the rug.

One of my friends who played football at Buford said Dillion lee (5star linebacker from Buford) used to use peds too

Let's hope this kid sticks to his commitment. He will be an impact player on Day 1 regardless of whether or not RJ and Norton return. Even if those guys return, Silvera will get plenty of playing time next season.

Poor. That will be his biggest adjustment. Love his upside as a mauler. Naturally big and strong without being fat or puffed up.

Silvera would be a fool to go elsewhere, there will be ample playing time available if even one guy goes pro, and he'll still get plenty of snaps if both guys return.

Here's what Mike Farrell said about Brevin (have to include the Shorter comment for context):

"Justin Shorter is far and away the biggest receiver at the event and a freak of nature. We haven’t pulled the string on his fifth star yet, but that could be changing. Brevin Jordan is the best tight end at the event hands down and the Miami commitment will be discussed as well."
