What makes you think that? Jaquan, Redwine, and Michael Jackson being projected to be Day 3 picks. Tyler Byrd would not have played ahead of any of those three guys (he wouldn't have played over Bandy, Delaney or Dean either fwiw).

Maybe dude is just a bum?

He could have started opposite of MJ...

Don’t forget we’ve ran through grad transfer corners the past 3 years due to lack of quality depth at boundary corner

Yeah he could have been opposite MJ definitely. Oh well. F him, that said it feels like this guy has been in school for like 10 years! Did he redshirt or something? Buddy has to be like 23 this year..

Lol he was 20 if memory serves me right when he was a senior in HS...

What makes me think that is that Byrd was a stud DB out of high school and Butch Jones ruined him putting him at WR. Byrd was ranked higher than all of those guys you named out of high school. It doesn't mean he wouldn't bust but had he come in here on defense and been coached up the same way as the guys you listed, I think he would've been better than all of them. JMO.

More pointedly, he'd be in a **** of a lot better shape than he is now.
