Two things

I had to be at work at 7am. I was hungover. Ended up an 11 hour day. I would have quit if that happened last night. I am still surfing the net trying to process what happened in that game.
Fortunately for me I only work 3day/wk semi retired. Have already put in for off on the 1/20. Better safe than sorry😂. Gonna be either very happy or breaking S**t. I believe we will prevail. The stars have aligned and the Universe is dropping a Wet Bulb, our lucky charm. 🙌🏽 Go Canes

A lot easier to look dominant when the other team is just handing over TDs like candy. Not saying Indiana isn’t good, but Oregon doing everything they can to help them out.

That’s because that Indiana D is legit. Give credit where it’s due. Moore has looked flustered since the get go, like he is scared.

Also, most of IU’s catches are back shoulder throws, they have mastered that play. With our injuries at DB, that is a big concern.

It's like he has no feel for the game most of the time. We were moving the ball mostly at will just lining up and playing straight up bully ball. But Dawson has to throw in the Malicat and a flea flicker. Neither worked and set us off schedule.

Those plays were needed mid-season to spark the offense but teams are looking for those now. Find what works and run that **** until they prove they can stop it.

Agree 100%. It was so frustrating to watch.

I like Dawson though. I think he's great OC but there's no need to get cute when they can't stop the run and we have a strong Oline

Malachi’s broken tackles on the third down play on the first TD drive is a play that will be forgotten but it changed the game, Mario is definitely kicking a FG.
Gonna rewatch the game tomorrow at some point but I expect to make a long list of stuff like this

This was a HUGE play for sure

Cignetti is elite elite. The operation is top notch and everyone acts accordingly

Mario talks a big game about stuff like that but we regressed back to horribly disciplined football against Ole Miss

I think we see us dialed in like we were against OSU though. We know IU will be dialed in

If we lose, we lose, but please don’t let us give them the game. Make them beat us

Too think Shooter McGavin told us Mario wasn't good enough to win ****...

happy gilmore GIF

Excellent post, as usual. Some of our fans don’t want to hear the truth.

That is an extremely disciplined team. Cignetti and his staff are as elite as it gets.

They can be defeated, but it’ll take our dudes playing at their best, and Dawson not messing around with dumb play calls when we’re driving and in scoring position.

Keep their offense off the field with long scoring drives and put pressure on Mendoza and we have a good chance at a W.

I can’t point to specifics or stats here but it feels like the last couple of years we kinda play to the opponent at times.

OSU we stepped up and locked in. Ole Miss is an undisciplined team, unconventional, and we seemed to mirror that a bit so it can be good and bad

Probably why Mario has a knack for winning big games and losing ones we shouldn’t

Hard to explain really but I think this challenge just forces everyone to lock in and play their best and every point IU scored last night I think just inspires this more

They remind me a little of the college version of the patriots. They play very clean football, make very few mistakes and force you to make them. The Belichik rule was “wait for the other team to lose it”. So many similarities from the qb , great hc and even the cheating rumors.

Yes, sir. They are way too similar in every single way that you mentioned.

But the good news is, even those Patriots were beatable. Including the team that almost went undefeated and lost to the Giants in the Super Bowl.

Our Canes can do this. All hands on deck.
